About uS
Together, we are a passionate and creative analytics leader and a college professor with years of professional experience. In addition, we are now dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals in recovery from addiction. With lived experiences at the intersection of ADHD and Addiction (specifically self-medicating our ADHD with drugs, alcohol and behavioral addictions) we bring together research, data analytics, and personal insight to support others navigating similar paths. Now with many years in recovery, we are mentors, meeting creators, and the co-hosts of the weekly CHADD, ADHD and Addiction peer support group with Mike and Amber. In addition, we offer individual and group coaching, recovery meetings, and educational content through adhdandaddiction.com, where we create spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and empowered often for the first time, after struggling at the intersection of ADHD and addiction.
